Software Development Company is looking for a Customer Service Manager who will utilize very strong management and customer service skills.

Job Description:
We are a Software Development Company looking for a Customer Service Manager (CSM) to help with the management of customer/software service/support department with close to 10 Customer Support Reps. The CSM will provide employee trainings, improve quality of the customer support/service, maintain customer support knowledge base, provide customer support/trainings to existing clients.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Excellent planning, leadership, problem solving, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, internet.
• Customer support/service experience
• Strong overall computer skills
• Previous software experience is a plus
• Retail experience is a plus
